Everyone who uses animals in research must have the necessary skills and training, and the research must be carried out in licensed premises.

Animal testing may come up with cruel images but the reality is that animal testing is performed in lots of places around the world. Animal testing remains an important part of knowledge and progress by a wide range of researchers.
